Then let people know they’re in the right place for their particular inquiry, or if they’re not, where they should go instead. For example, you may want to remind people to head to your Services page to inquire and only use the contact page for general Qs.
Will you reply within a certain amount of time? Will they get access to a link to book a call with you? Setting expectations helps build trust and give people confidence in you.
People get to the contact page in all sorts of ways, so it never hurts to share a bit about yourself again.
What does someone need/want to know about you? This is a great place to add in a high-level bio and/or show off a bit more of your personality on your contact page.
If they end up scrolling down here, they’ll feel reassured that their contact form isn’t just going to disappear into a black hole.
